My favorite dish ever: Chicken a la Kiev
This is the famous Kiev of our family. The best Kiev you will ever have. The butter is perfect and the chicken is so tasty. Thanks to the secret marinade.
Unfortunately, we only get to eat this during special occasions since it takes time to make:(
Which is why I wish it were Christmas once more!
I just remembered that we made this in Singapore when Tita Itchay taught us. It was fun, though tedious!
I can only eat a maximum of 3. My siblings - 4. Crazy huh? You would understand if you get to try it:)
